Combining the best of yesterday with the best of today and tomorrow, this impressive F1 is tailored to the muscle car fan who wants the absolute best! In typical ’60s Detroit fashion, Chevy’s first generation Camaro, adorned with clean surfaces and simplistic trim, literally defined Midcentury style. However, while this F1’s looks remained timeless, it’s condition did not. That’s why Classic Muscle Motor Company conductedΒ a professional, ground-up restoration that transformed a retro-cool pony car into a resto-mod superstar! That thoughtful reboot, completed in 2017, involved solid panels, excellent panel alignment and an astute attention to detail. And quality Axalta 2-stage sealed glossy black base under a charcoal top stripe and orange outlining stripes. Officially known as the Chevrolet Performance LS376/525, the car’s fresh engine twists respectable 10.7 to 1 compression into 525 horsepower. Behind that mill, a Tremec 5-speed utilizes a hydraulic clutch to spin a Strange 9-inch that’s finished with a limited-slip differential and 3.73 gears. That axle pushes a heaviliy upgraded suspension that’s backed by a heavily reinforced chassis. Power rack-and-pinion steering leads hydraboosted Wilwood discs. And eveything rolls on Billet Specialties B-Forged wheels and meaty BF Goodrich g-Force Rivals.
