Derived from the Corvette C6R racing program and hand-assembled at GM’s Performance Build Center the car’s top-of-the-line LS9 incorporates specialty processes typically seen in competition engines to produce a highly refined and precise driving experience. Behind that mill a Tremec T56 6-speed spins a carbon fiber driveshaft. That tube powers a proven Detroit Speed QUADRALink which hangs a beefy sway bar and double-adjustable coil-overs around a tough Ford 9-inch axle. Opposite that QUADRALink a hydroformed Detroit Speed front-clip makes good use of tubular control arms two more double-adjustable coil-overs and power rack-and-pinion steering.
