A 350 cubic inch crate V8 sits in its super clean engine bay, wearing a chrome air cleaner and a pair of chrome valve covers so skillfully etched with Buick lettering they have to be seen up close to be fully appreciated. This car is, by any measure, a rock solid driver – the engine starts easily and pulls with conviction and the 3-speed automatic transmission behind it shifts as smoothly as you could want. The powerplant carries a Holley 4-barrel carb under its distinctive air cleaner and sounds great as it vocalizes into its ceramic coated headers that lead to a dual exhaust. Power front disc brakes and power steering make both stopping and navigating this classic low effort tasks as it cruises on its set of 15″ Cragar wire wheels wrapped with BF Goodrich T/A radials.
