There’s less than 2,400 miles on this restoration, and the 454 cubic-inch V8 was rebuilt for serious performance with a large Holley 750 CFM four-barrel carburetor, Edelbrock aluminum intake, aluminum heads, and Comp Cams 480 camshaft. Plus, the Hedman Headers that add even more power as they contribute to the rumble of the 2.5-inch dual exhaust. And while this is a true performance machine, the total build proves it was quite thoughtful. For example, you have a versatile 3.55 rear end with Positraction, and a 700R4 four-speed automatic transmission w/highway-friendly overdrive. There’s even a large Be Cool aluminum radiator w/electric fans to keep this mean machine running cool even when you’re in traffic with the A/C pumping. That’s what makes it such a great all-around classic.
