1948 Mercury Coupe. Nice custom, clean lines and a good looker. Was built quite a while ago now but still shows well, a very fun cruiser. 350 V8 with brand new Holley carb and fuel pump, automatic trans, power rack and pinion steering, new shocks in rear, A/C blows but not cold (have not checked freon level). Nice sounding dual exhaust. Tilt column, shaved door handles with poppers, windshield with butted seam in the center, body trim all shaved, custom smooth taillights, power trunk lift (currently disconnected). Nice smooth chop top with clean blending of the rain gutters and such…very smooth lines. Monochrome look to bumpers and grille surround…nice modern look. Awesome pinstripe licks on the nose and tail, new wide whites on chrome wheels with “Shannon Cone” centers. Custom tweed interior with molded door panels and a nice diamond detail in the center of the back seat.  Its a cool ride.
