You’re going to need sunglasses just to stare directly at the 350 cubic-inch V8. The valve covers, intake, air grabber, brackets, and so much more have been finished off with polished components. So you know they’re going to love this one at the car shows. But beneath the flash is also some serious substance. This V8 has performance components like a Holley four-barrel carburetor, Edelbrock performance intake, and long tube headers (they’re painted black and run down the fenders to really help highlight the polished components of this small block.) Sure, it makes a terrific rumble out of the dual exhaust, but this Chevy is actually a thoughtful brute. For example, there’s also an aluminum radiator with electric fan, so you’re pickup can stay cool even if you have the A/C running in traffic. Plus, there are great driving features like the TH350 automatic transmission, front disc brakes, and an upgraded Mustang II-style independent front suspension.
